How to measure
Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure armpit seam to armpit seam — that is the Flat number. The Body column is that doubled, for the full distance around your chest.
Flat vs body. Flat is the garment measured lying down. Body is the full loop around you — the same number, doubled. If a measurement looks small, it is the flat one.
Boxy, cropped fit with a wide shoulder. Measured flat, per Tapstitch spec. 1–3cm variance may occur.
