DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Standard:

• Cost: $10 AUD (free over $100)
• Delivery: 2-5 business days
• Carrier: Australia Post

Express:

• Cost: $20 AUD
• Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Carrier: Australia Post Express

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Available countries: New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Singapore.

• Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Delivery: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for all customs fees
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• GEMINI 8 field test items: 2-3 business days
• Processing may take longer during high-volume periods. We will notify you of any delays

ORDER TRACKING

• Tracking number provided via email when your order ships
• Track through the carrier website or your Spacely account

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:

• PO Boxes (domestic express only)
• Freight forwarders
• Countries with trade restrictions

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost packages: Contact us if your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund after resolution.

Damaged packages: Inspect on delivery. Report damage within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
