REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are issued for:
- Eligible returns (see Returns & Exchanges Policy)
- Defective or incorrect items
- Canceled orders (before shipment)
- Lost packages (after carrier claim resolution)
REFUND TIMELINE
Processing:
- 5-7 business days after we receive returned item
Bank Processing:
- Additional 3-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (varies by bank)
Total Timeline:
- Expect refund within 10-17 business days from when you ship return
REFUND METHOD
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
- We cannot issue refunds to different payment method or account
REFUND AMOUNT
Standard Returns:
- Full item price
- Original shipping cost NOT refunded (unless item was defective/incorrect)
Defective/Incorrect Items:
- Full item price + original shipping cost refunded
Partial Refunds:
- Issued if item shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags
- Amount determined on case-by-case basis
NON-REFUNDABLE
- Shipping costs (unless item defective/incorrect)
- Return shipping costs
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
CANCELED ORDERS
Before Shipment:
- Full refund (including shipping)

After Shipment:
- Follow standard return process
- Shipping costs not refunded
LOST PACKAGES
If Package Shows Delivered But You Didn't Receive:
- Check with neighbors, building management
- Verify shipping address in your order confirmation
- Contact carrier with tracking number
- Contact us after 48 hours if still not located
If Package Lost in Transit:
- We file claim with carrier
- Refund or replacement issued after claim resolution (typically 10-14 business days)
