REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are issued for:
- Eligible returns (see Returns & Exchanges Policy)
- Defective or incorrect items
- Canceled orders (before shipment)
- Lost packages (after carrier claim resolution)
REFUND TIMELINE
- Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Bank processing: an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear (varies by bank)
- Expect your refund within 10-17 business days from when you ship the return
REFUND METHOD
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account
REFUND AMOUNT
Standard returns: Full item price. Original shipping not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Defective or incorrect items: Full item price plus original shipping refunded.
Partial refunds: May be issued if an item shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags. Amount determined case by case.
NON-REFUNDABLE
- Shipping costs (unless item defective or incorrect)
- Return shipping costs
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
CANCELED ORDERS
Before shipment: Full refund including shipping. Contact us immediately at info@spacely.clothing.
After shipment: Follow the standard return process. Shipping costs not refunded.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package shows delivered but you did not receive it: check with neighbours and building management, verify the shipping address on your order confirmation, contact the carrier with your tracking number, and contact us after 48 hours if still not located.
If a package is lost in transit, we file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement after resolution (typically 10-14 business days).
