RETURN WINDOW

Standard Returns:

  • 30 days from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

GEMINI 8 Field Test:

  • Extended 45-day return window (field test participants only)
  • We want feedback — if something's not right, we want to know

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

You Can Return:

  • Unworn items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items without signs of wear, washing, or alterations

You Cannot Return:

  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
  • Items without original tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Us Email: returns@spacelyclothing.com
Include: Order number, item(s) to return, reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Step 3: Ship Item Back

  • Pack item securely with RA number included
  • Ship to address provided in return instructions
  • Keep tracking number for your records

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility:

  • You pay return shipping costs (unless item is defective or we sent wrong item)

Our Responsibility:

  • We pay return shipping if item is defective or incorrect

Recommendation:

  • Use tracked shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

REFUNDS

Processing Time:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

Refund Method:

  • Refunded to original payment method

Refund Amount:

  • Full item price (original shipping not refunded unless item was defective)

Notification:

  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

EXCHANGES

How to Exchange:

  • Follow return process above
  • Indicate in email that you want an exchange and specify new size/color
  • We'll send replacement once we receive returned item

Stock Availability:

  • Exchanges subject to stock availability
  • If replacement item is unavailable, we'll issue refund

Shipping:

  • We cover shipping on replacement item (if exchange is due to sizing issue)

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If You Receive:

  • Defective item
  • Wrong item
  • Damaged item

  • Include photos of issue
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • We cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Final sale items are clearly marked at checkout
  • All sales of final sale items are final

GEMINI 8 FIELD TEST POLICY

Extended Return Window:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return Process:

  • Same as domestic (email for RA number)

Return Shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We recommend tracked, insured shipping

Customs:

  • International returns may be subject to customs fees
  • We cannot refund customs duties paid on original order
