This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
RETURN WINDOW
Standard Returns:
- 30 days from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
GEMINI 8 Field Test:
- Extended 45-day return window for field test participants
- We want feedback. If something is not right, we want to know
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
You can return:
- Unworn items with original tags
- Items in original packaging
- Items without signs of wear, washing, or alterations
You cannot return:
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout)
- Items without original tags
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items damaged due to misuse
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Email info@spacely.clothing with your order number, the item(s) to return, and the reason.
Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely with the RA number included, ship to the address in the return instructions, and keep your tracking number.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item
- We pay return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect
- Use a tracked method. We are not responsible for lost return packages
REFUNDS
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunded to the original payment method
- Full item price (original shipping not refunded unless the item was defective)
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
EXCHANGES
- Follow the return process above and specify the new size or color
- We send the replacement once we receive the returned item
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we issue a refund
- We cover shipping on the replacement if the exchange is due to a sizing issue
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@spacely.clothing with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost and cover return shipping.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
- Final sale items are clearly marked at checkout
GEMINI 8 FIELD TEST POLICY
Extended return window: 45 days (vs standard 30).
Why: We want real-world feedback. If something is not right (fit, fabric, construction), we want to know. Your feedback shapes what comes next.
Feedback: Include it in your return email (optional but appreciated). Fit, fabric, graphics, construction, anything.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Same process as domestic (email for an RA number)
- Customer pays return shipping. Use tracked, insured shipping
- International returns may be subject to customs fees. We cannot refund customs duties paid on the original order
